This Privacy Policy describes how Joshi Solutions(“we”, “our”, “us”) handles your information when you use MarriageBiodataMakers.com (https://marriagebiodatamakers.com). By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your Draft Stays on Your Device

The details you type into the biodata form — name, date of birth, family details, contact information, religion, education, profession, and other fields — are saved in your browser's local storage on your device while you work. They stay there until you clear your browser data. We do not keep a server-side copy of your draft, and there is no account or public profile.

When Your Data Reaches Our Servers

Some features need your data to be processed on our servers. Data is sent only when you use that feature, only for that purpose, and is deleted automatically as listed below:

• Photos — when you add a photo, it is uploaded to our cloud storage (Amazon Web Services) so it can be placed in your biodata. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• PDF generation — when you download, your biodata details are sent to our server to build the PDF. The generated PDF is stored so you can re-download it, and is deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Translation — if you translate your biodata, the text is processed using Google Cloud Translation. The translated result is cached and deleted automatically after 30 days.
• AI writing help — if you use the AI rewrite or profile suggestion features, the relevant text is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude, running on Amazon Web Services) to generate the suggestion. We do not store it.
• Astrology details — if you use the kundli calculator or automatic rashi and nakshatra, your birth date, time, and place are sent to our server for the calculation. We do not store them.
• Template suggestions — parts of your details, such as religion and community, are used to recommend suitable templates. We do not store them.
• Template pricing — when you reach the template page, your education, profession, income, family occupations, and city of residence are sent to our pricing service, where an AI model (Anthropic Claude, running on Amazon Web Services) sorts them into broad categories to set your template prices. Only those broad categories are kept, in our service logs. Your religion, caste, gotra, complexion, horoscope details, name, contact details, and photo are never sent for pricing.

Payments

Template purchases are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, you use Razorpay's secure interface, and Razorpay's own privacy policy governs your payment data. We receive a payment confirmation and order reference, never your full card, UPI, or bank details.

Analytics and Error Monitoring

To understand how the platform is used and to fix problems, we use:

• PostHog — usage analytics, such as which pages are visited and which steps are completed.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregated usage insights and session replays, with form inputs masked.
• Sentry — error reports that help us fix bugs.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

No Registration Required

MarriageBiodataMakers.com does not require you to create an account, sign up, or log in. We do not ask for your email address or phone number to create a biodata.

Data Security

All communication between your browser and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Data stored on our servers is kept in access-controlled cloud storage and removed on the schedule described above. Because your draft lives in your browser, please keep your device and browser up to date and secure.

Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through the platform, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

You can view, edit, or delete your data at any time:

• Edit the form directly on the platform.
• Clear your browser's local storage or site data for https://marriagebiodatamakers.com to delete your draft.
• Email us to ask for an uploaded photo or generated PDF to be deleted before its automatic deletion date.
