Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all template purchases made on MarriageBiodataMakers.com, operated by Joshi Solutions(“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Nature of Our Products

MarriageBiodataMakers.com sells digital products: downloadable marriage biodata PDFs built on the template you choose. Filling the form and previewing templates costs nothing; you pay a one-time price per template when you download. Because the PDF is delivered instantly after payment, the conditions below apply.

Refund Eligibility

1. Technical failure: if you were charged but could not download your PDF because of a verified technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund.

2. Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same template because of a payment gateway error, the extra charge will be fully refunded.

3. Request window: refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@marriagebiodatamakers.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

1. Once a paid template's PDF has been generated or downloaded, the purchase is complete and no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases after the PDF has been downloaded, or dissatisfaction with the design after download. You can preview every template with your own details before paying.

Cancellation Policy

1. There is no subscription. Each template is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

2. To cancel a payment before the PDF is generated, contact us immediately at support@marriagebiodatamakers.com and we will try to process the cancellation. Once the PDF is generated, cancellation is not possible.

3. No cancellation fee is charged for an approved cancellation.

Refund Process and Timeframe

1. Email support@marriagebiodatamakers.comwith the subject “Refund Request — [Your Order ID]” and a short description of the issue.

2. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

3. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
